2009 ::: 3rd Place
Signed, Sealed and Delivered. A perfect 7-0 record in the prelims gave the Deerfield Elite a seed directly into the single elimination quarters. After winning the first game soundly the other team refused to come to the line and played defensively until we threw ourselves out. A bad turn of events to be sure, but in the end we got 3rd place and won the hearts of the fans. Everyone in the stands was rooting for us because we played like professionals: with class, dignity and sportsmanship - like we always do. That's why we are Elite.
